Storing Mushrooms
Store mushrooms in paper bags. Place a damp paper towel in the bag to help keep them moist. For optimal texture, use within 3 or 4 days. But don't worry if you keep your mushrooms around for a while and they dry out a bit. They're still fine.
Storing Enoki Mushrooms
Keep enoki in their original wrapping, and store them in the fridge. They should keep for up to 5 days. If loose, they can be stored just like regular mushrooms
